  • Louisa Lo-Cao

    Accredited Specialist (Family Law)

    Louisa has extensive experience with helping people navigate the complexities which arise following separation. She specialises in complex property and parenting matters. Many of Louisa’s matters involve international and cross-jurisdictional elements. She frequently works with leading forensic accountants and barristers within the field.

    Louisa is a proponent for resolving disputes without requiring litigation or court. She believes alternative forms of resolution such as mediation, collaboration and negotiations facilitate effective and swift resolutions.

    Louisa speaks fluent Mandarin. She has extensive experience with assisting Mandarin speaking clients both in Australia and overseas.

  • Brayden Farnham

    Associate

    Brayden has particular experience in complex financial structures and understands the care in managing the separation of asset pools without jeopardising effectiveness or longevity. Conversely, Brayden is also able to use these skills in assisting with determining complex ownership structures.

    Brayden also has extensive understanding of the difficulties involved in acrimonious parenting scenarios. Brayden has worked closely with industry leading Child Psychologists, Mediators and Barristers, and is able to access this network to assist in adapting a separation scenario in the child’s best interest.

  • Keerthana Peddibhotla

    Paralegal

    Keerthana is currently studying a double degree in law and psychology. She has a keen interest in family law, and appreciates the impact family lawyers can have at a particularly difficult time in life.

    Keerthana works hand in hand with the solicitors of the firm. She has worked upon both complex parenting and property matters, and is intimately familiar with the court’s processes and procedures.

    In addition to working as a family law paralegal, Keerthana also works as a children’s contact supervisor. Her role provides her insight into the stressful nature of separation not only for parties, but also most importantly their children. Keerthana is acutely aware of the impact conflict and family law proceedings can have on children.

  • Philippa Seah

    Law Graduate

    Philippa holds a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, obtained in 2020. She has a wide range of experience from working with firms in conveyancing, trust, probate and family law matters. Her passion for volunteering with community youth programs and in areas of child protection, grants her with unique insights into advocating for children’s best interests and family relationships in this field.

    Understanding that family law issues are each completely unique and intensely personal, Philippa is passionate about assisting smooth the process and committed to ensuring the clients' needs are prioritised.
